TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE FOREGOING, THE DEVELOPER PROVIDES NO WARRANTY OR UNDERTAKING, AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OF ANY KIND THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULTS, BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY OTHER SOFTWARE, APPLICATIONS, SYSTEMS, OR SERVICES, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, OR BE ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF PRIVACY ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE AND/OR THIRD-PARTY HARDWARE USED WITH THE SERVICE, OR OTHERWISE IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PROVISION OF THIS TERMS).

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR, THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF THE DEVELOPER UNDER ANY PROVISION OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ALL OF THE FOREGOING SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, OR 10.00 USD IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED ANYTHING THROUGH THE SERVICE.

5. Third-Party Services (Firebase & RevenueCat) The Service utilizes third-party infrastructure, including Google Firebase and RevenueCat.

We are not responsible for any service interruptions, data breaches, or technical failures originating from these third-party providers.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and conditions of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, through which you downloaded the App.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases The Service offers certain premium features available via a paid subscription. We provide two subscription options:

Monthly Subscription: A recurring monthly plan.

Annual Subscription: A recurring yearly plan.

A. Auto-Renewal Terms

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

Automatic Billing: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

Payment Method: The payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase and at the start of every new renewal period.

Pricing: You will be charged the price displayed in the App at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change our subscription prices; if we do, we will notify you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

B. Cancellation and Refunds

How to Cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Account Settings on the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android). Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel your subscription.

No Refunds: All purchases are final. Except as required by law or the specific policies of the App Store/Google Play, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused data.

Third-Party Processing: All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple or Google. We do not have the authority to issue refunds on their behalf.

C. Introductory Offers / Free Trials

If we offer a free trial, you will be automatically charged the standard subscription price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

All sales are final.

We do not provide refunds directly; any refund requests must be directed to the respective App Store (Apple or Google).

7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
