Note: We do not collect or store your credit card or bank details. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

2. "As Is" Provision & No Warranty IMPORTANT: The App provides real-time tennis scores, statistics, and data for informational purposes only.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE DATA (SCORES, STATS, OR TIMING) IS 100% ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR TIMELY.
THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
ANY DEFECTS IN THE APP WILL BE CORRECTED.
3. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer of Tennis Live Score and Stats be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the App.
Any errors or inaccuracies in the tennis data provided.
The conduct or content of any third party on the service.
4. Data Retention and Deletion We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide you with the App's services. If you wish to have your data deleted, please contact us at the email provided below.
5. Children’s Privacy The App does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
